Hey, Longhorns! The KHS Cheer team just wrapped up an AMAZING 2024 camp at CSU! This team pushed through four days of full-time stunting, jumping, conditioning, learning, and dancing to set themselves up for a great upcoming season. At the end of the weekend, the Kimball cheerleaders competed against the other teams at camp, taking home 2nd place in Cheer and Sideline and 3rd in the Spirit Championship! Additionally, the team earned the camp’s Top Spirit Leadership Award, a prize voted on by all other teams based on which team they would want to be a part of if they couldn’t be on their own. Our cheerleaders also earned some individual honors with three earning All-American (Renee Murdoch, Deanna Solis, and Emmaline Tabor) and one Pin-It-Forward leadership award (Renee Murdoch). We are so proud of our cheerleaders, and we cannot cheer on the Longhorns this year! Go Big Red!!

What a great opportunity for our team to improve our football skills and knowledge!!
