On Thursday and Friday this week, 7th-11th grade students will be taking the NWEA Winter MAP Test for math and reading beginning at 8:05 am. After the tests are complete, we will be operating on the 10:00 o'clock late start schedule for the rest of the day. Seniors will start the school day at 10:00 o'clock and all other students should plan on arriving at the normal time. Thank you!

Kimball One Act will be hosting a dinner theater Dec 13th at 6pm with performance to follow at 7. Tickets are available from cast, crew, and front office of KPS high school for dinner AND show for $8 or show alone for $4. Come experience blind dates like never before!
Want to wish our winter sports teams the best of luck as they begin their seasons this week and weekend. Wrestling will start at home on Thursday night with wrestling starting at 6:00 with Bayard, then on Saturday they will compete in the Mullen Tournament. Boys and Girls basketball will get started Thursday as well when they travel to Bayard with girls JV starting at 4:00 playing 3 quarters followed by girls varsity then boys varsity. Friday both teams will be at Leyton Girls JV starting at 4:30 playing just 2 quarters followed by girls varsity then boys varsity. Saturday the teams return home for games with Minatare girls JV starting at 4:15 playing 3 quarters followed by girls varsity. Between girls and boys varsity games we will have the Tom and Karen Southard court dedication, then finish with boys varsity. Please come and support our home openers. #Longhornpride
