The third graders had a fun day at Wellness Day in Sidney! 🥗💪 They learned about nutrition and got plenty of exercise. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

🏐 Junior High Volleyball 🏐 Our Longhorns battled Prairie tonight and came away with big wins at every level! 💪 7th and 8th grade swept their matches, and Reserve Team fought hard with a split. 🔥 Proud of the effort and teamwork on the court—keep it up, Longhorns! ❤️🖤

Today's Volleyball games vs Prairie will go as follows:
Reserves 4pm-2 sets
7th grade, 8th grade
High School Varsity will begin at the conclusion of the JH events. There is not JV game tonight.

We have added a game with Sutherland for JV and Varsity Volleyball on October 10th. We will face off in Volleyball at 4/5pm before our football teams play at 7pm. The Booster Club will be doing a Soup Supper as well! This is our Homecoming football game so be sure to come support your teams on this jam packed afternoon!

🌱🌿FFA Range Judging Fun! 🌿🌱 Yesterday our two teams of Range Judgers competed in the Area One Range Judging Contest hosted in Oshkosh, NE! Thank you to the NRCS and NRD as well as the land owner for hosting FFA! Our competitors did great - despite it pouring rain the entire contest! Also, HUGE SHOUTOUT to COACH HILLARY COOK! 👏 we all appreciate your help! The Senior team received 2nd place and a BLUE ribbon! Trey Cook - 3rd place - Red Ribbon Nolan Cook - 5th place - Green Ribbon Lane Cook - 9th place - Green Ribbon Wyatt Cook - 20th place The Junior team received 16th place! 🏐 Longhorn Junior High Volleyball Update! 🏐 Our girls worked hard on the court tonight with three fun and competitive games! 💪 ✨ Reserves brought home a win! ✨ 7th grade battled through a tough three sets for the victory! ✨ 8th grade fought hard in all three sets and showed grit from start to finish! The progress at this age is so fun to watch, and we’re proud of the teamwork and effort on display. 👏 Huge shoutout to Coach Patterson and Coach Malm for leading our girls with energy, encouragement, and dedication! ❤️
