February ELITE newsletter 🤗❤️

KPS is celebrating National Girls & Women in Sports Day! We are so proud to have so many young women representing our school in so many different activities! #longhornpride

On Wednesday, February 19, KPS will be holding its annual spelling bee at the high school auditorium. The event will begin at 3:45pm, and it will be live streamed on YouTube. Students from grades 4-8 are eligible to complete and win KPS's Best Speller trophy!
Notice: we are not registered in Scripps this year, so we cannot send our winners on to the state spelling competition. As hosts, we know it is still an important event to hold for our students, so we will continue to follow our traditional procedures for this afternoon event. Next school year, however, the school will renew its registration.
Notice the Kimball HS Speech will no longer be attending the meet in Sutherland this Saturday.
Coloring and Lego creations at ELITE! 🤗

Archery is back in the schools! The high school Lifetime Activities class is enjoying learning the basics of archery--KPS has some sharpshooters! 🏹 🎯
